KEA will gladly accept any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn and unused swimsuits or clothing for an exchange (excluding return shipping charges). The merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, completed exchange form, and original tags must still be attached.
Unfortunately, KEA does not offer a refund policy and ours is an exchange policy only.
- REACH OUT TO US
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at keagear.com must first e-mail email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange authorization number.
- SEND IT BACK
You must then print out and complete the exchange form and enclose with your exchange. The merchandise must then be shipped back within seven (7) days of receiving an exchange authorization number. Please include the original sales receipt and packaging and clearly write your exchange authorization number on the OUTSIDE of your package*. For your personal protection, we recommend that you choose a shipping option that will allow you to track the products you are returning.
- WE’RE ON IT!
Once your merchandise safely arrives at KEA, we will inspect your order and process your exchange within 3-5 days. You will receive a Paypal request for shipping charges and any other pricing differential incurred during the exchange. Once payment is received, you will receive an email with a tracking number when the order is shipped out.
*If an exchange number is not written on the outside of the package, it will be returned to sender.
